We all need a place to feel safe, to feel at ease and comfortable. The Secret Place is just that place. It is a place you create and re-create over and over in your mind. You can visit as often as you like. Follow along with the guided visualizations as many times as you like. During your visits you will meet the Gatekeeper, Guardian Angel, Doctor and Teacher.
As you become familiar with your higher self guides and interact with them in your secret place you will notice your outer circumstances begin to change to more closely reflect what you’ve created in your secret place. Visiting your secret place often is a way for you to create your own reality - like a real life vision board.
To receive the full effects of this practice, it is recommended that you complete the first five meditations in this series. (shown below)
The ‘Gate’ is a great opening of your mind and a welcomed change in perspective.
Feel the benefit of a retreat without leaving your home. In this 15 minute visualization, I will guide you in building a quiet place in your mind where you can retreat. Use this as a way to relaxation, to heal and for contemplation.
A guided healing visualization to change the state of your mind. This visualization introduces you to your gatekeeper that protects the entrance to the gate and keeps the secret place in order. You can request changes to the secret place and the gatekeeper will make the changes. It may happen instantly or you will notice the changes the next time you visit.
In this practice you will meet your guardian angel that protects, nurtures and loves you unconditionally like a mother would a child. The guardian angel offers you the opportunity to invite guidance for healing or to simply sit in the presence of nowness.
In this practice, you will meet your self-visualized doctor and have a healing session guided by this visualization. Without judgment, emotional reactions or mental thoughts rest in the comfort of nowness knowing that everything in the presence of nowness is healing in itself.
In this practice, you will meet your self-visualized teacher and have a meditation session guided by this visualization. Your teacher represents the ability to tap into your inner knowing. When you build a relationship with your inner teacher, the teacher will be able to hold the energy of your inner knowing and reflect that in your state of mind. Learning to slow your thoughts and to free yourself from attachment to thoughts provides a space for answers to show themselves to you.
