Wisdom of emotions

The most uncomfortable emotions often are our greatest teachers.  Give yourself permission to feel how emotions show up in your body.  What emotion are you feeling in your body?

Discover the wisdom of anger, shame, fear, regret, disappointment, anxiety and sadness.

THREE QUESTIONS FOR HEALING

Healing takes effort because your consciousness has been shaped by previous experiences that don’t fit in the life you’ve created.

Take care by setting boundaries with what you will accept and what you will not accept for yourself. In this practice, ask yourself three simple questions every day.

#2 contemplate nature of awareness

If I am not my thoughts, feelings, sensations and perceptions, what is the ‘something’ that is aware?  This ’something’ that is aware rests IN and AS itself simply knowing its own being.  Contemplate the nature of awareness throughout the day.

#3 REST IN NATURAL AWARENESS

Whatever it is that knows the experience of thinking, feeling, sensing and perceiving is not separate from the thinking, feeling, sensing and perceiving.  It is not separate from it witnessing it from the background. Knowing is not in the background of experience. It is the reality of experience.
